SOLA does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, psychotherapy, physical therapy, or other licensed healthcare services.
Nothing on this website or provided through SOLA should be considered medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
You should consult an appropriate qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or psychological condition or before participating in practices that may affect your health.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.
Participation and Personal Responsibility
Participation in SOLA practices is voluntary.
You are responsible for deciding whether a particular practice is appropriate for you and for communicating any relevant limitations before participating.
You should stop a practice immediately if you experience significant pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, severe discomfort, or other concerning symptoms.
Instructions provided during a SOLA experience are not a substitute for your own judgment regarding your physical or psychological wellbeing.
Breathwork and Physical Practices
Some SOLA experiences may involve breathwork, meditation, movement, prolonged breathing patterns, breath retention, cold exposure, heat or sauna exposure, or other practices that can produce significant physical or emotional sensations.
These practices may not be appropriate for everyone.
Depending on the activity, potential effects may include dizziness, tingling, changes in breathing, emotional responses, lightheadedness, temporary discomfort, or loss of balance or consciousness.
Certain practices may be inappropriate for people with particular cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, psychiatric, pregnancy-related, or other medical conditions.
If you have a health condition, are pregnant, take medication that may affect your response to these practices, or are uncertain whether participation is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Additional safety instructions, screening questions, consent forms, or waivers may apply to particular events or experiences.
No Guaranteed Results
Individual experiences and results vary.
SOLA does not guarantee that any practice, program, session, product, or experience will produce a particular physical, emotional, psychological, professional, or personal result.
Information about experiences or results of other participants does not constitute a promise that you will achieve the same outcome.

Prices, payment terms, and included services are displayed at the time of purchase or booking.
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due at the time of booking.

Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

Unless a different policy is displayed for a specific event or service, individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be non-refundable or charged in full.
If SOLA cancels a paid session or event and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, you will receive a refund for the affected service.
Specific events, retreats, workshops, or programs may have separate cancellation policies disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased.
Individual Sessions
Unused prepaid sessions may be eligible for a refund unless otherwise disclosed at purchase. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
Group Programs and Events
Refund and cancellation terms for a particular event or program will be displayed during registration or purchase.
Digital Products
Except where required by applicable law, digital products and immediately accessible digital content may be non-refundable once access has been provided.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Confidentiality
SOLA respects the privacy of information voluntarily shared during individual sessions.
However, no online or in-person communication system can guarantee absolute confidentiality.
Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or where otherwise permitted under the SOLA Privacy Policy.
Group sessions, workshops, and events may involve interaction with other participants. While participants may be asked to respect one another's privacy, SOLA cannot guarantee that another participant will keep information confidential.
